Conference photography for global companies
A conference is six events happening at once: the keynote, the panel, the booths, the coffee break where the deal actually closes, and the people who came for all of it. We cover all of them and deliver the edited gallery the next day, while the conference still matters.
Conferences we have shot
Amdocs in Barcelona, Salesforce's Agentforce World Tour, Palo Alto Networks, Microsoft AI Tour, Geektime Code, JFrog and RapidAPI in Morocco. Each one was a different event. What they had in common is that nobody wanted an album. They wanted material they could use on LinkedIn, on the website, in the investor update and in next year's campaign.

What a conference actually needs from a photographer
Most conference galleries are two hundred pictures of a person standing in front of a screen. That is a record, not an asset. The pictures that sell next year's conference are the full room, the moment the audience laughs, and the faces of people really listening.
We arrive early, walk through the run of show with you, and mark what cannot be missed: the walk-on, the announcement, the signing, the group shot. The rest we catch as it happens.

Common questions
How many photographers does a conference need?
It depends on how much runs in parallel. One photographer is enough for a single stage. With parallel tracks, booths and a meetup area, two is the difference between full coverage and missing half the event. We will tell you which after we see the schedule.
When do we get the photos?
The edited gallery arrives the day after the conference. If you want to publish during the event, we can bring an editor who works with us on site, as a paid add-on.
Do you travel for conferences?
Yes, it is a large part of what we do. We have shot conferences and company events in more than 20 countries. We pack a full kit with backups, because in a city you do not know, there is no camera shop around the corner.
What about a dark ballroom?
That is the normal situation at a conference, not the exception. We work with fast lenses and without a flash in the speaker's face. If needed, we add spot lighting that does not show in the picture.
Can you also shoot speaker headshots the same day?
Yes, and it is a common request. We set up a portable studio beside the hall and photograph speakers, executives or anyone who walks by, five to ten minutes each. You leave with coverage and a matching set of portraits.
Have a conference coming up?
Send the date, the city and the length of the event, and you will get an exact quote, usually within one business day.
