What sets the price of corporate event photography

There is no one price for shooting a conference, because no two conferences are alike. Five things set most of the quote, and when they are clear in advance, the quote is accurate and you can compare vendors.

Five things that set the price

01

Length of the event

A three-hour evening, a full conference day, or a trip of several days with the group.

02

Number of photographers

One stage or parallel tracks. This is usually the biggest difference in a quote.

03

Location

Abroad, flights and accommodation are added. In most cases we join the company's group booking, which comes out cheaper.

04

An on-site editor

An editor working with the photographers on site, when you need pictures during the event, is priced separately.

05

Same-day add-ons

A studio corner for speakers, an organized group photo, or coverage of branding and sponsors.

What to send for an exact quote

  • Date and hours, including setup and teardown
  • The place, and if abroad, the destination and the length of the trip
  • Number of participants and the schedule, even in draft
  • How much runs in parallel: stages, booths, meetup areas
  • Where the pictures are going and when you need them

How to compare quotes

Compare what is included, not only the number. Check each quote for the number of photographers, working hours, delivery dates, editing and usage rights. A cheap quote without commercial rights can get expensive the moment the pictures need to go into a campaign.

Common questions

Why is there no price list here?

Because the price depends on the event. A general price list would not tell you much, and the first three items above are enough for us to give you a real number.

What affects the price of corporate headshots?

The number of people, the length of the shoot day and the location. Our headshots page lists what is included.
