What to know before you book
Commercial photography in the UAE can require permits, depending on the location and the kind of shoot, and the rules differ between venues and emirates. Tell us where your event is and we will confirm what is needed before anything is booked.
If you are looking for a studio based in Dubai for a short local job, a local studio is probably the better fit. We are the better fit when the event is part of something bigger.

Are you based in Dubai?
No. We are based in Tel Aviv, Israel, and we travel for events. We have shot company events in more than 20 countries, including the UAE.
Do you cover Abu Dhabi as well?
Yes. Our work there includes the MEAD 2025 forum in Abu Dhabi.
How far ahead should we book?
One to two months ahead for an event abroad, so there is time to arrange flights and confirm what the venue requires.
When do we get the photos?
The edited gallery arrives the day after the event, and on multi-day events in rounds. An on-site editor is available as a paid add-on.
