Incentive trip photography
An incentive trip is a thank-you, and also next year's recruitment tool. We travel with your group from the first reception to the last party, so your top performers get pictures of a trip they will talk about, and everyone else sees what they are working toward.

Why bring your own photographer
Guests on a trip like this start to relax around the person with the camera by day two. That is when the real pictures start, and a photographer hired for one evening never gets there.
We also shoot what an event photographer usually skips: the arrival, the excursion, the scenery, the private dinner. A gala looks the same in every country. The rest of the trip is what the company paid for.

Common questions
Do you stay for the entire trip?
Yes. That is the point of bringing us. We are with the group from arrival to departure, and we agree in advance which moments matter most.
Can guests get their pictures during the trip?
Yes. Galleries arrive in rounds on multi-day trips. If you want pictures the same day for social media, we can bring an on-site editor as a paid add-on.
Who are you, and where are you based?
Eclipse Media is a photography company based in Tel Aviv, Israel. We have shot company events in more than 20 countries, and traveling with groups is a regular part of our work.
